A Little Garlic A Day Keeps The Flies Away

Samantha asked me what spray I would recommend for keeping flies from brothering her pony. Though Samantha had been riding for a few years this was her first pony and her father told her that it was her responsibility to make sure that he was feed, the stable was clean and he was happy.

What was bothering Samantha were the flies that even in the field were causing her new found friend a few problems around the eyes and skin, she though he was annoyed when he swished his tail and his skin twitched. I explained that unlike us he could not slap or wave the flies away and used his tail and the nerves under his skin to flick away the flies.
